America’s Got Talent judge Howie Mandel said he found his wife, Terry, in a “pool of blood” after a night of drinking.

On Monday (17), Howie appeared on Live with Kelly and Mark and told about the horrible accident that happened to Terry, to whom he has been married for over 40 years, while they were both in Las Vegas.
“We celebrated. It was too much. And [Terry] was drunk. I didn’t know that, and in the middle of the night she got up and, I don’t know where she was going, but she hit the wall,” Howie said.
“And she fell and hit the wainscoting. She hit it when she fell. She slipped, fell, hit her eye, fell to the floor and broke her cheek,” he recalled.
Howie said he heard a loud thud followed by screams. “I woke up and asked, ‘Where are you?’. And she said: ‘I don’t know’. That’s what she said,” he explained.
“I turn on the light, look, look around the bed. She’s in the corner, face down, and I didn’t know she had cut off her head. But the blood is accumulating,” Howie said.
“I freaked out. I picked her up, put her on the bed. There’s blood everywhere. I went and got all the towels, and all the towels were covered in blood. And she says, ‘Bring me ice. Bring me ice’. I don’t know where to get ice.”
Mandel found a nearby soda can and placed it on Terry’s head. But moments later, she threw the can across the room. “When she did that, I saw her head, and you could actually see her skull. Opened. I freaked out.”
The comedian then rushed her to the hospital, where she received treatment. Fortunately, Terry has now made a full recovery after managing to emerge from the ordeal unscathed. “She is absolutely perfect. There is no scar. She looks beautiful,” he concluded.
